Verses From the Bible...

Hi all!
God is such an amazing Creator, isn't he? I just wanted to share some verses I found that I love...

"Through him all things were made; without him nothing was made that has been made." - John 1:3

I love that. It just makes you want to praise God for making us, doesn't it?

"In his hand are the depths of the earth, and the mountain peaks belong to him. The sea is his, for he made it, and his hands formed the dry land." - Psalm 95:4-5

Isn't that wonderful? "The sea is his..."

"The heavens declare the glory of God; the skies proclaim the work of his hands." - Psalm 19:1

"The heavens declare..." All of Heaven is singing praises to God at this moment :)
Praise him, our creative Creator, majestic King, and loving Saviour!

Spring is Here!

Hello everybody! I'm finally back! (after about two YEARS)
I'm so, so sorry I haven't posted before now. It's been too long!
So, Spring is finally here, huh? Some days it doesn't feel like it at all...
We went for a walk to the reservoir this morning. The water was absolutely beautiful. God is such an amazing artist, isn't He? The sun fighting against the clouds and suddenly bursting forth and turning everything warm and golden... the bright yellow daffodils and crocuses... the sun on the water... there was beauty everywhere. I wish I knew where my camera was, but I've lost it, so I don't have many pictures. I will try and post some of the ones I took on Mom's phone, though!
I'm very excited because one of my favorite anime/cartoon studios, Studio Ghibli, is coming to Netflix! I'm sure many of you have heard about Netflix adding Studio Ghibli films in three waves, right? Well, our family has been watching the films for family movie night ever since the Friday after 1st February 😄
So I am (not-so) patiently waiting for the last wave on the 1st March.
I'm actually listening to the songs from the movies as I'm writing this! I guess that shows you just how much I like Studio Ghibli...
Anyway, that's pretty much all the news for today, so bye for now!

We Saw 'Incredibles 2'!!

On Saturday, 18th August, we went to see 'Incredibles 2' at the Vue cinema at the Printworks in Manchester!!!!

We had so much fun and the movie was so cool.

INCREDIBLE Caterpillars

Hi guys,
So Mom got this butterfly growing set for her birthday. It's been amazing watching the caterpillars grow from 1.5 cm long to 1.5 in long!!
But today,
something absolutely amazing happened...

Btw, I'm sorry if the video got boring....! Until I find a way to speed it up, it'll just have to be very long...

And also, I apologize for the weird music. It's not my fault Photos didn't have something suitable!!!

We Went to See 'Reckless Abandon'!

Yesterday, on Sunday the 24th of June, me, David (my little brother) and Mom went to see 'Reckless Abandon' at the Magdalene Centre in Broadbottom.
Reckless Abandon is basically the story of my great grandmother, Elisabeth Elliot. It tells about when her husband (and her friends' husbands) went out into the Ecuadorian jungle and got stabbed by Aucas. It was really good because it felt like you were really in the story and the actors were really funny 😁
And I must say that they had very good American accents! (All of the actors were English!!!)
