Some of My Current Masterpieces..

Hi!!
I just wanted to show you some of my 'current masterpieces' - the drawings that I think I did a good job on.
Here they are...

Ok, so this drawing was actually an
avatar for my current profile on DIY.
(click the link to see what I mean by that!!)
I thought it would be cool because...ahe-ahem -
I LOVE CATS!!!!

This was just a probable card
design I made up (mom and I were
thinking of maybe selling cards!!)

This was a sunset I saw on our way back
from an outing one day...
I HOPE I caught the light right!!!

Now, THIS is another speed-paint.
I call it 'Sighing' because I think the girl
looks like she is looking back at the past.

Here's the picture if you want to look at it in higher definition 🤣

Here is a picture that looks actually quite similar to the one before!

That's all for now, I'm afraid!
But don't worry, I'll post more soon :)

A Sneak Peek of What I Love Doing

Hey guys!
Before we get started, I'm really sorry I haven't been posting as much as I should.
Part of why I haven't been that active is because  I'ver been doing a lot (and I mean a LOT) of drawing.
So I got this Wacom Intuos Art Tablet for my 12th birthday, (don't know if I've told you this before..) and I've been using it a lot over the past year. I just looked over all my blog posts today, and I was very surprised that I haven't really mentioned a lot on how much I love to draw, both digitally and on physical paper.
Sooo, I wanted to show you just a tiny little preview of what I love to do :)
And I promise I'll post more of this if you guys really like it!! Drawing a candle isn't ALL I can do...

By the way, let me know what you guys think about adding some music..!
Thanks 😊

Rora 2018

On Friday, July 13th, 2018, we all packed into the car, (easier said than done) and drove off to Rora, in Devon. It's a really friendly homeschooling Christian camp, and we had TONS of fun there. Here is a montage of all the pictures and videos from Rora. (If I were you, I would keep the video on normal screen - full screen makes it blurry)

We had so much camping stuff, that it took about 20 minutes when we were IN the car for us to actually start off!!! (We were all pretty tired when we got there since the journey took 6 HOURS.)
Daddy set up our tent with the help of some other men from the camp,  but I couldn't put a vid/pic in the video because it was just turning dark when we got there. Jimmy LOVED climbing the main (easiest-in-the-word) tree with his friend, Noah. We met a family in the same field as us who had brought a cockatiel and some adorable ducklings that had been abandoned by their mom (the ducklings had, not the cockatiel)!!!
Mom loved them, and so did me and Jenny <3
We were even catching grasshoppers for them in the grass! Jimmy was always going off to the tuck shop (well....so was I :3) which was basically just a shelf with sweets on it. But they were really cheap and yummy!
Absolutely EVERYONE got their feet black with dirt.
Yes,
even

me.

There was a really cool place next to the barn called Dingledell. Jenny was the one who spent the most time in it, though.
We went to church on Sunday. The building was beautiful! It looked very grand on the outside too, as well as the inside. I just loved the bell tower :)
The cemetery outside it was just the kind of cemetery you could play hide and seek in.
We also worked on a concert through the week called 'Around the World'. Me, Mom and Jenny took part. It was basically a concert in which we sang or played songs from around the world.

Here are some of the songs we sang:

(P.S. Jenny is wearing a playsuit and a garland
around her neck in the front, Mom is at the
back in a polka-dot dress, and I'm
wearing the HUGE garland and the
colorful dress in the front with Jenny)

Tie Me Kangaroo Down - Australia

In the Jungle - South Africa

...and here are a couple songs that we didn't sing in.

Laura's Theme - Russia

Tico Tico - South America

We had tons of fun!!! It was great. There was also a really cool butterfly plant in one field, and so I enjoyed taking pictures of all the butterflies that landed on it. There was even a (really cute :3) cat that lived there!!
One of my favorite parts was when we went to the beach. It was AMAZING!!!
We had so much fun :)
Then it was time for the big night. I wore my coral pink floor-length dress, which spun beautifully!! The big night was held on the last day - Friday; which included a bring and share dinner and a huge ceilidh. Unfortunately, we had to leave that night - before everybody else did.
I was really sad 😩
I would have put pictures of our journey home in the video, except that it was late when we set out and it took us 6 HOURS to get home.
In short, I was too tired :3

It was an absolutely AMAZING experience, and I can't WAIT for next year!!!!!!!
Thanks for reading this, and I hope you guys have AMAZING holidays too!

INCREDIBLE Caterpillars

Hi guys,
So Mom got this butterfly growing set for her birthday. It's been amazing watching the caterpillars grow from 1.5 cm long to 1.5 in long!!
But today,
something absolutely amazing happened...

Btw, I'm sorry if the video got boring....! Until I find a way to speed it up, it'll just have to be very long...
And also, I apologize for the weird music. It's not my fault Photos didn't have something suitable!!!
Anyways, thanks for reading/watching this,
have a great day!!!

We Went to See 'Reckless Abandon'!

Yesterday, on Sunday the 24th of June, me, David (my little brother) and Mom went to see 'Reckless Abandon' at the Magdalene Centre in Broadbottom.
Reckless Abandon is basically the story of my great grandmother, Elisabeth Elliot. It tells about when her husband (and her friends' husbands) went out into the Ecuadorian jungle and got stabbed by Aucas. It was really good because it felt like you were really in the story and the actors were really funny 😁
And I must say that they had very good American accents! (All of the actors were English!!!)
Here is a picture and a video...

Here's me and David at the stall...

Here's mom with Natalie Holman (the lady who wrote the play)...

And here is me, my bro and Mom along with the cast1

I'm going to put the video in later, as it takes a long time uploading them...!

Circus Trip!!!

On Wednesday, 25th April, at 4:20 PM, we left for Mr. Fip's Wonder Circus.
IT WAS AMAZING!!!!!!!!!
You really have to go.
Anyways, I would've taken videos of all the acts, but before it started the ringmaster said not to.

He did say I could take photos though.
(*phew*)
so.....here you go!!!!

We had ringside seats!

The 1st Act...

Isn't she amazing??

Then came the ponies...
they were so SO cute!

2nd Act...

She was juggling BASKETBALLS with her FEET!!

Then she rolled a cylinder on her feet...

...and even stood it up as well!

Then came the finale...

I was dumbfounded.
(I heard one boy say: "Is he trying to kill her or something??"🤣)

Next came the 3rd act...

*gasp*

I liked taking pictures of her shadow :)

And why didn't she put her hair up??

Next came the clown...

He was super funny!

"Where's my hat?" ^

THEN came the horses.

They were absolutely beautiful!!!

One even bowed at the end 😮

Then it was the interval.
And then...
the magic tricks!!!

Her assistant got into a box, and then she put poles through it.

Then she got REAL swords...

...AND STUCK THEM IN TOO!!!!

Then...

She lifted the lid of the box, and there was her assistant - totally unhurt!!!

(Sorry this is so blurry)
Next trick...

*gasp*

*BIGGER gasp*

***GAAAAASP***

Wow.

And she was unhurt too!!!

This might be a bit confusing...

So she got into the box,

Then the brown haired lady stood on top of the box and held up a tube of material and shook it...

And then they suddenly swapped places, and the brown haired lady got out of the box!!!!!!

Then there was a cool indian dancer, who did some amazing tricks with hula hoops...

While standing on a ball!!! (Isn't it shiny? :3)

She laid them on the ground,

and then walked across, swinging them up with her feet!!!

Here she is, posing.

She even juggled with them too!

Oh my goodness.

*gaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaasp*

Wow. Just wow.

SO. MANY. HOOPS.

Then came the clown again.

He started dancing, but the ringmaster said not to, so he danced in a different place, and so on.
It was hilarious!!

These girls swung themselves up on this material, and danced on it to a floaty pop song.

I loved it.

Now this was fantastic.

We thought later that they must have been brother and sister.

This was so cool!

They even danced on those things!!!

Then (*drumroll*) she helped him get onto a really high one!!!
After a couple of tries, he was riding it.

He even juggled!!!

And this was really cool too.

For the finale, she made him ride this super teeny tiny bike!!!!!!

We all laughed sooooo hard.

Hooray!!!

Next came the ultimate juggler.
 He juggled with balls...

And even juggled using his mouth to pop them out!!!!!

Then he threw hats like boomerangs.
 He was soooooo good.

Then finally, the big finale came :(

All the people who had taken part danced, while the ringmaster sung a song that was most likely from 'The Greatest Showman'.

I absolutely LOVED it, and I hope you will if you decide to see it one day...
